Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ShockBazaar. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return policy allows you to return items under certain conditions and outlines the process for doing so.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@shockbazaar.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please send returns to:

Note: Items returned without prior return request approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and make it right.

Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on certain types of items, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
- Custom products like special orders or personalized items
- Personal care goods, such as beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Returns for sale items or gift cards are not accepted. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item following the above process. Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the item you want.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in addition to our 30-day return window. Conditions for the items remain the same as stated above.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
